I have lost my Secret Code
The WebWilds hang-tag and the Secret Code
it contains is a very valuable part of
the WebWilds experience. Each WebWilds
puppet comes with its own unique Secret
Code, which is sealed in the hang-tag that
is securely attached to every puppet when
it is sold.
Just as we cannot replace a lost WebWilds
puppet, we are unable to replace a lost
WebWilds hang-tag and the Secret Code that
comes with it.
We understand that honest mistakes are
made where tags may be disposed of or misplaced
accidentally. We truly want you and your
child to enjoy the full experience of WebWilds.
However, Folkmanis/GLOBIO policy states
that we cannot replace any code that is
lost or misplaced. This is why it is critically
important to keep your Secret Code(s) in
a safe place at all times. My WebWilds did not come with a Secret Code hang-tag
All WebWilds puppets must be sold
with a hang-tag containing a sealed Secret
Code. Secret Codes allow you to access
your puppet's online habitat, including
games and videos. Without a Secret
Code it is impossible to access the WebWilds
website habitats. If for any reason
yours did not come with a code, please
return it to the place of purchase and
acquire another WebWilds puppet that has
a sealed hang-tag with a Secret Code. If
you were sold a WebWilds puppet without
a Secret Code, it is the retailer’s
responsibility to replace the WebWilds
puppet.
The Secret Code doesn’t
work
Secret codes can only be used once, to adopt one WebWilds. You cannot adopt a new WebWilds with the same secret code. If you have a new code, and it's not working, please use our Contact Form to get in touch with us, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
My computer isn't working/ is WebWilds slowing my computer down?
Please make sure your computer has the minimum requirements needed to run WebWilds properly.
Also, please be sure to close other programs running in the background such as music players or office applications to experience the site with optimal settings.

Can we change our WebWilds username?
There are only two reasons you would want to change your child's username: if it is inappropriate or if it gives out personal information (i.e. a first and last name).
If this is the case, please use the Contact Us form to get in touch with the WebWilds team to resolve this issue. Please include as much account information as possible on the form so that we can promptly help you.
My child forgot their password/username.
If your child has forgotten their username, please use the Contact Us form and provide as much information as possible – we will assist you as soon as we can. If your child has forgotten their password, please use the "forgot my password" link near the login screen and follow the on screen instructions. Your password will be emailed to the address that we have on record.
